52F - A Dark Twist (2): This is the eighty-third chapter of Volume 3 of Tower of God.

Synopsis

Shibisu runs to help Hatsu, who is spent after igniting Donghae to save the hypnotized animals. Hatsu asks Shibisu not to tell Khun what happened, and emphasizes that he wants to get even stronger so he can keep up with Baam. Cha finds Jordan, introducing himself as being on Baam's team. Cha notices that Jordan’s eyes are completely whited out, meaning he is unable to use his sniper ability.

Yasratcha continues to badger Yama, who is in a near death state, about how helpless canines are, trying to get a reaction from him. Doom is in the Cat Tower, rushing to Yama. Paul has collapsed after transformation, leaving Doom as the only one that can help Yama battle Yasratcha. He runs into an acid whirlpool column and notices a mouse hidden in the acid. The acid is insanely dangerous, even capable of killing a high ranker. However, desperate to help Yama defeat Yasratcha, Doom dives towards the acid. He emerges in front of Yasratcha and Yama, covered in blood.

Hockney, Rak, and Kaiser have made it to the Control Room. They run into many fish swimming around the room and on their backs are three shapes with three colors. Suddenly, Trughe appears, and tells them about the game they will play. It involves catching fish with shapes on their back, which will cause the value of coins with that same shape to be doubled or halved. These coins can be used to purchase items that will provide an advantage to their teammates in the Cat Tower.

Yasratcha reveals that Doom, Yama, and Paul have different mothers. Doom’s father and mother were canines, which is why Doom is capable of transferring his transformation power to other canines. Yama’s mother, on the other hand, was not a canine, making him a mutt incapable of sharing his canine power with others.

Khun is shown speaking with Hockney, analyzing the game. Khun suggests two strategies, one of which is much riskier than the other. Hockney expresses this hesitation, but Khun says the gamble will be fun.

The weather's starting to get a little chilly now. Whenever the seasons are shifting I always would catch a cold, so ever since I started working, I always buy a few cardigans for myself and carry it around. I give a few away to others who look cold too... I don't know if it's just me but it became a lot rarer for me to catch a cold ever since.

I hope you guys keep your body temperature within check, keep healthy during this COVID Pandemic times, and I hope you guys have a happy week.
